I took the plunge again today, and it turns out it's a company called Anderson Baird Ltd. They claimed they weren't trying to sell anything but wanted to chat about life insurance. As we don’t have any, and frankly, I’m not keen on it at all, I made it clear. So, we decided to look into it a little deeper and found out they're simply a crowd of scoundrels and ne'er-do-wells, looking to swindle you out of your hard-earned money! Honestly, there's a chance we could have unwittingly shared our bank details with them, given how convincing they seem.
