They turned down most of our inquiries and then claimed that they obtained my private details (which are actually wrong) through the Freedom of Information Act by somehow buying my data from another company. They tried to insist that all of this was perfectly legitimate, even after we asked for my information to be removed from the directory, referencing the TPS in our request. It's quite frustrating, to say the least!

After digging a bit deeper into who they are, it all linked back to a loans company operating in the UK. If they ring us again tomorrow, they better have something different to discuss instead of just trying to take our cash.
