I had no clue what the woman was on about, so I just ended the call and blocked the number.

They went straight into asking really personal stuff. I didn’t share anything, obviously.

So, this lady called me with a really high-pitched voice, and she knew my name straight away. She then went on to ask how old I was, but when I questioned why she needed that info, she just cut the call right there. Claimed she was from something called Beneficial - no idea who they are!

The number called me a couple of times but didn’t leave a message, so I decided to block it.

I kindly informed them that I wasn't interested in responding to their queries, and to my surprise, they said that completing their survey would mean no contact for a minimum of three months. After reiterating my desire to avoid any further calls from their organisation, they continued to pester me until I succumbed to their questions. Honestly, I may not be as courteous if they decide to reach out again.
