There was a bit of a lag when I picked up the call before the person spoke. The voice sounded like it was Indian and claimed to be from Microsoft support. Without hesitation, I told him to get lost and hung up. I tried ringing the number back but no one picked up. It’s really worrying that you can purchase BT exchange numbers and even pick your own digits. No surprise scams like this are everywhere nowadays.
