I picked up the call, but there was an awkward pause before the person on the other end replied. The chap had a very thick Indian accent and claimed he was from the Microsoft office. Without a moment's hesitation, I told him to do one and hung up. When I tried to call back, no one picked up. What really unsettles me is that you can purchase BT exchange numbers and even select your own digits. It's no surprise that scams are everywhere these days!
