Got a call from 01792 720495, some bloke called Tom rang me up and mentioned my loft insulation might be causing condensation. He said it wasn’t anything to stress over and then just hung up. Didn’t come across as very professional, so I did a quick search and found a few other people had similar experiences.

I get calls from this number quite a bit. When I finally answered, the person on the other end asked for a Mr Smith. She claimed she was calling from My Claims Expert. I told her my number’s on the TPS list and warned I’d report the call, and she just said “No worries” before hanging up.

Got one of those typical pest calls, they dart through a load of numbers and latch onto who ever answers first. If it's not you, they keep trying over and over without letting up. Make sure you don’t return calls from unknown numbers because loads of these robocalls will ring and hang up quickly, hoping you’ll end up calling them back. The price you pay per second is outrageous, like pennies flying away by the second. These calls usually claim to be about PPI or something similar.

I've been receiving calls from this number recently, and when I inquired about how they acquired my details, I was met with the typical nonsense of "opt-in data" or "we purchased a list." It's clear these folks are not being truthful. They claimed they could assist in reclaiming funds, provided I had ever taken out credit-which I haven't. It seems they're just casting a wide net, hoping to ensnare anyone they can with their sales pitch. It's nothing more than cold calling aimed at trying to swindle people out of their personal information-best to avoid sharing anything with them. As for my retaliation, whenever I have a spare moment, I like to withhold my number and give these leeches a taste of their own medicine by ringing them up at random. If you’re in the same boat, consider calling them back from a withheld number; it might just be a little amusement for you!
