I noticed if you don't answer with a hello, they just go quiet and end the call, but then they keep on calling again and again.

They wouldn't tell me who they were until I gave them my name. I told them no way I was just gonna give out my name to some stranger on the phone. Then the caller got kinda rude, so I just told them to buzz off and ended the call.
