Yep, it’s definitely 02. A woman named Morgan rang me, she’s from their Swansea office. They’re doing these calls since the shops aren’t open to walk-ins. Basically trying to find some new customers themselves. She was really nice about it! No need to be rude, just say you’re not interested and she’ll be happy to stop bothering you.

Got a couple of missed calls so I called back. The person said they were from o2 and I asked for proof. They sent a 4 digit code from o2 UK which looked legit. In the end, they helped me save some cash on my sim-only plan. Pretty happy with it overall.

I actually popped into the shop to check and spoke with the store manager who confirmed it, plus I saw the nice lady who phoned me. They managed to slash my bill by half and even added an extra 5GB of data, which is exactly what I needed right now. THIS IS NOT A SCAM, IT'S TOTALLY LEGIT. They can easily prove they're from O2!
