I’ve been getting calls from them about three times a day. First they said they were from O2, then a different company, trying to get personal details and were quite pushy. Now I just ignore the calls since I know the number, but sometimes they hide it and when I do answer, it’s still them. My work phone also shows a withheld number sometimes, so I ignored it thinking it was them, only to miss an important call. I had to listen to voicemail and go through a lot of trouble ringing my manager back several times before I finally got through.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE WITH THESE CALLS!!! This bloke GRAHAM has been ringing non stop, says he’s from USWITCH, Trying to tell me EON has hiked up their prices!! Proper cheeky. I told him we’re sick of getting calls all day long, even asked to talk to his “BOSS,” but no luck, same nonsense. They don’t seem to get simple English, cos I kept telling them "NOT INTERESTED." Claiming they’ll save you money by switching providers, but honestly switching from Npower to EON was a waste of time. You might save a bit at start, but once the initial deal ends, you’re no better off! It’s a total rip-off here in the UK.

Got a call around 8:50 in the morning. They already knew my name and claimed my number was given to them somehow. Couldn't figure out which company they were representing. I told them I’m registered with the phone preference service and they shouldn’t be calling me. Then I just hung up.

I got a call from this number around 6 in the evening. The moment I picked up and said “hello,” the line went dead - no one spoke, just dropped the call. Got a call today at about 1pm on the 27th of June 2013 from some energy-saving company. Didn’t ask for it at all. Just told them I’m on the TPS list and then hung up straight away.

Got a call at about 6:40pm from someone claiming to be with an energy-saving firm or something similar. They said my current provider had given them my number. I told them they really ought not to have shared it and then just hung up.
