I received a rather dubious call from what seemed to be a scam outfit, claiming I was entitled to a refund for some bank charges. I asked them to remove my details from their list, but they simply wouldn’t comply. To make matters worse, they called me again, and this time, they were giggling like schoolchildren. It's safe to say their act wasn't very convincing at all!
