I’ve had loads of missed calls from them, finally answered a couple and told them to stop ringing. They kept harping on about some life insurance renewal, so I told them to just send info by post. Guess what? They called me again a week later!

I picked up when they rang but all I heard was some automated voice saying nobody was free to talk right now. It also said the call wasn’t really important and if I didn’t want more calls I should ring a different Swansea number. Didn’t bother calling back cos that sounds like one of those dodgy premium rate lines! Just blocked it straight away.

I got a call from this number a while back, and they said they were from ILM asking about my pension. Just so you know, these folks aren’t actually from ILM Financial - they’re scammers. Never share any pension details with them, and best thing is to just hang up straight away. ILM Financial Ltd wouldn’t randomly cold call pretending to be from them. Stay safe!
