Rung the 01792680163 number back (witheld ID), instant automatic message stating "Welcome to energy department, press 1 to speak to an adviser". When pressing 1 the same message is repeated and then when pressing 1 again it repeats and keeps repeating. If you do not press 1, after a while you get a message stating "thats great we will keep your place in the queue and call you back on..." then cuts off.

Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming she was from "EDF." The phone number wasn’t listed on the official EDF "did we call you?" site. She went on about some problem with our meter connection - classic trick to fish for personal details like mpan and account numbers. Seriously, don’t share anything with them!
