What a bunch of numpties! These individuals are truly infuriating; are they actually a 'genuine' company, or is this just some dodgy scheme to swindle our card details? They were completely insufferable and rather sketchy the moment we tried to pry any information out of them, like which firm they represent and the like.

I received a call regarding a telephone upgrade that was supposedly being offered. The caller claimed to represent an upgrade service for Phones 4U. While she sounded genuine enough, we were understandably cautious and told her we didn’t want to disclose any banking details. She did offer a customer service number for us to verify their legitimacy. Now, I'm feeling rather uncertain about whether this was all above board or not. I’m anxious because we shared our full name and date of birth, albeit we declined to give any banking information as we started to feel a bit uneasy about the whole situation.

Hi Adam, I’d strongly advise you to steer well clear of them. When they were above-board, they wouldn’t hesitate to share their company name, website, and all that jazz. I’m quite eager to find the customer service number, as we used to work with Phones4U some time ago, and I can assure you that they never engaged an outside company for upgrades, considering how crucial that aspect was to their operations.

Alright Adam, I suggest you steer clear of them. If these folks were genuine, they wouldn't hesitate to provide their company's name or website, would they? We used to be well-versed on the customer service front back in our Phones4U days, and I can assure you, they never relied on third-party agencies for their updates - that’s just a part of how they operated.

The customer was rather rude and told me to get lost twice as soon as I mentioned the upgrades had been declined.
