Hello everyone, just a quick heads up! I received a call from Virgin Media’s Broadband support team, and it turns out they tracked down a technical glitch. They rang me back using this number. Looks like, no matter where you might be, their calls can be redirected via a number based in the UK. It seems they operate through an overseas call centre, probably to cut costs. Just thought I’d share!
