We recently checked our bank statement and were surprised to see a deduction of £109.99 from a company named DLC GLOBAL LTD. We're a bit puzzled as to what this charge actually pertains to. Has anyone else experienced this, and were they able to recover their funds? I can’t quite recall the phone number that called us either.

Our son faced a similar scam recently. A few days back, we reached out to Mathew Key, the CEO of O2, to express our concerns regarding the potential leaking of personal information to other firms associated with O2. It’s been radio silence since then. The fact that the CEO can’t even take a moment to respond, not even through a personal assistant, suggests to us that their primary focus is simply on profits. It's rather disheartening, to say the least.

We received a call from 02920020089 and, unfortunately, I handed over our personal information like a complete numpty! Afterwards, to our surprise, we noticed a charge of £99.99 on our bank statements. It seems it was with a company called Marketing United Kingdom Ltd based in Swansea, who took £89.99 from us as well. I’ve got no clue if they’re at it again! Has anyone got any advice on how to reclaim our funds?

We've had a remarkably similar experience ourselves. Currently trying to sort this mess out with the bank, and I must say, I’m not pleased in the slightest. We also tried giving them a ring, and it was the exact same situation. What a hassle!

I had a similar experience, where I reached out to Trading Standards and they're looking into the matter, along with my bank. Honestly, I'm not holding my breath for a refund since I can’t seem to locate an address to get in touch with them. It’s hard to believe we were taken in by this scam! Shouldn't our phone provider alert us that our personal details might be accessible to others? It's rather unsettling. Losing £99 is a significant blow for me!

I've spotted that £109.99 has been deducted from our bank account by this company. The telephone number listed on the bank statement matches the one above. I tried ringing them, but all I got was a BT voicemail message.

It has come to our attention that our son recently fell victim to a scam, involving the same amount of £109.99, as he was looking to purchase a new mobile phone. It seems that these individuals were touting a more advantageous insurance deal through Vodafone. Unfortunately, when we attempted to reach out to the number 01792 586980, we were only met with an automated answering service from BT. Quite frustrating, to say the least!

We found ourselves in a bit of a predicament after an unexpected call from a gentleman claiming to be from O2. He requested information concerning the recent alterations in the VAT rate, and we, thinking it was all above board, went ahead and provided the details they sought. Now, we’ve noticed that a hefty charge of £109.99 has been debited from our bank account. This number mysteriously appeared on our statement, linked to a company named "DLC Global Ltd" based in Swansea. Quite a conundrum, if you ask me!

We purchased our phone online and received a call that we believed was related to O2. They deducted £110 from our account for what they claimed was a special phone insurance deal. To our dismay, the phone has since malfunctioned, so we returned to the shop only to discover that we’re not actually insured with them, and O2 doesn’t cover us either! Unfortunately, I can’t recall the number that called us. Does anyone have any advice on how to reclaim our money?

Our son has recently fallen victim to a scam, losing exactly £109.99 shortly after he got his new mobile. These con artists approached him, claiming they could provide a superior deal on his Vodafone insurance. When we tried to call back on 01792 586980, all we got was a BT answering machine, with no indication of who was behind it.

We recently had a rather troubling experience with our bank. Out of the blue, a chap called us, claiming to be from O2, and insisted that he needed our information due to some changes regarding the VAT rate. In our naivety, we fell for it and handed over the details. Not long after, we noticed a deduction of £109.99 from our account. To our dismay, the number that appeared on our bank statement linked back to a company called "DLC Global Ltd," based in Swansea. Quite unsettling, to say the least!

I received a call from what claimed to be Carphone Warehouse, insisting they could offer us more affordable phone insurance. Intrigued, we shared our numbers, only to discover they charged us £99.99 without any prior consent. I’ve tried reaching out to them for a refund, but they’ve not responded and I can’t leave a message either. Please exercise extreme caution! I've since cancelled my card and have reported the incident to my bank, which revealed the callers are linked to DLC Global Ltd. I've even informed the police about this situation!

It's rather similar for us, to be honest. The money pretty much vanished directly from our bank account. We suspect these individuals somehow got hold of our details after a company rang us offering a supposedly better insurance deal than the one that Phone's Four U was peddling. First they snatched £99.99, and now it's gone up to £109.99, all without so much as a phone call!

Indeed, we were caught out by the very same ruse. A chap claimed to be representing O2, and before we knew it, these folks snatched £109.99 from our account on two separate occasions. Unbelievable, really!

This company seems to be a complete sham. They've managed to acquire our details without consent and have unlawfully charged our bank account.

It’s absolutely outrageous how these fraudulent companies seem to get hold of our details without any rhyme or reason. It’s as if they’ve got some sort of magic trick up their sleeves! They’ve managed to siphon money directly from our bank accounts, and it's just infuriating. Who knows how they got our information in the first place? It's high time something was done about it!
