They’re claiming they will resend our documents with priority, but we need to sit tight for another 28 days. If we don’t receive anything, they’ll send them again, and after yet another 28 days, if we still hear nothing from the companies involved, they'll escalate it to the ombudsman and supposedly get our funds back. It all seems like a lengthy process to ultimately wave goodbye to our money!
