A rather curious incident transpired when an individual rang claiming to be from 'Vodafone customer service.' We couldn’t shake the feeling that something was amiss. They insisted on taking a brief moment to 'update some records,' which we found rather entertaining. Our hunch was confirmed with their opening inquiry: "Is this a pay monthly or pay as you go account?" To which I replied, "If you genuinely represent Vodafone, you’d already know that." At that point, the caller abruptly hung up. Odd, don’t you think?

On the 13th of September, 2008, at precisely 10:27 in the morning, I received a call. I answered with a polite "hello," but was met with silence for a few fleeting moments, which prompted me to end the call. Just a minute later, around 10:28, I received another call. When I picked up, I greeted them again with a "Hello?" However, this time there was a voice on the other end, though I could hardly decipher what was being uttered. It seemed to fit the bill of typical marketing drivel, so we decided not to engage further and hung up without calling back. Quite the nuisance, really.

My partner often uses our T-Mobile device, and we received a call from a number claiming to be associated with T-Mobile insurance. They posed some rather probing questions. Thankfully, my girlfriend wasn't able to answer them. I tried to ring that number back, but unfortunately, there was no response. I noticed that the note mentioned it belonged to SECUREPHONE2U LIMITED, located at Unit 323, Ystradgynlais Business Workshops, Trawsffordd, Ystradgynlais, Swansea, SA9 1BS. Quite the curious situation, isn't it?

I received a call earlier today from what they claimed was Vodafone. They seemed to have duped us by insisting they already had our banking details and went on about how they could halve our insurance. They presented it as if they were simply delivering wonderful news. Then they proceeded to ask us a series of security questions, managing to get all our details once more before bidding us farewell. As it stands, there’s been no paperwork received, which has led us to contact both our bank and trading standards. Let's hope for the best!

Received a call on the 13th of September, 2008, at precisely 10:27 AM. When we answered, the line was greeted with a "Hello?" but there was no response, so we ended the call after a short while. Just a minute later, at 10:28, the same number rang again. We answered with another "Hello?" and this time there was a voice on the other end. However, we struggled to comprehend what she was saying due to the poor connection. Suspecting it was some sort of marketing spiel, we decided to hang up once more. Fortunately, they didn’t attempt to call us back.

I’ve been having a real tough time with mobile phone insurance. It seems more like a hassle than a help, to be honest.

I had a call from these individuals earlier today claiming to represent Vodafone. They tricked us by asserting that they required our bank details and that they were going to halve our insurance premiums, all while pretending to deliver excellent news. Then, they went on about various security checks, asking us to provide all our information once more, before wishing us a pleasant day. As of now, there hasn’t been any paperwork sent our way, so we've contacted our bank and Trading Standards. Let's hope for the best!

If you need to reach the Swansea Police Station, just dial 01792 456999. It seems the ringleader goes by the name Carl Williams, hailing from Tanywaun, Penrhos, in Ystradgynlais. As for her, she's known as Sineys or sometimes China. The officers are already in the loop about her. I’d recommend you give them a shout when you can, but do bear in mind that retrieving your funds might take a bit of time.
