I received no message; I just ended up departing.

I received a call from this number and a woman immediately mentioned my name, then burst into tears before abruptly hanging up. Naturally, I thought it might be someone I knew-perhaps a friend or family member. Curiosity got the better of me, so I rang back only to discover it was linked to some sort of government programme! Quite baffling, isn’t it?
