Really annoying!12 yearsYesterday I got a call from some unknown number, usually I just ignore them but this time I answered. The person said they were with EE/Orange/T-Mobile and mentioned another firm I didn’t know. They started talking about upgrading my phone (which isn’t due until September) so I played along. When asked which phone I wanted, I said the Galaxy S5 mini. She said it wasn’t out yet, but I told her my mate already has one. She replied, “We don’t carry it,” and I insisted my mate got hers from EE. Then she said “That’s odd, let me check,” made some shuffling noises, then just hung up. Whatever it was, these callers were pretending to be from my mobile company but clearly weren’t, because I’ve checked and my provider does sell the S5 mini.
