I received a phone call from Zen Life on this number, and a very polite gentleman named Jack reviewed my existing policy. He helped me set up a new plan without being pushy at all. The service provided was extremely professional. I wanted to commend them and encourage them to continue doing an excellent job.

I recently received a phone call from someone claiming to be from Aviva life insurance, who asked for my wife. I informed them that my wife does not have life insurance with Aviva. Surprisingly, they replied that they would need to check their records, but abruptly ended the call. I believe they may be scammers.

I got a ring from this number but the moment I answered, they just dropped the call. What’s weird is when you ring back, someone actually picks up - perfect chance to give them a piece of your mind!

I got a call from this number and some bloke who said his name was Sam started accusing me of being a terrorist. He also claimed he worked for a taxi firm and said there was a cab waiting outside my place. Quite the odd call!

I got a call from someone saying I’d got a policy with Legal & General, which I told them I didn’t. They then threatened to report me to the police for fraud. It was pretty stressful as I wasn’t doing anything wrong.

According to Legal and General, someone had stated that I had taken out a policy that needs reassessed. However, I never had any policy with them. The individual even went as far as suggesting that it is a criminal act.

Got a call about Aviva life insurance initially, but as soon as I mentioned I don't have it, they switched to saying it was Legal & General. I asked them to send the renewal details by post, then they just cut the call. Seemed a bit fishy to me.

They say they’re from a loan company - I didn’t want to give my name and then the guy said it was something to do with the police, sounded like a scare tactic. I called the number again and chatted with someone else there, who told me no one should be mentioning the police at all. Definitely feels like a dodgy scam.

Got a call today from my insurance company telling me I really ought to have a look over my life insurance. They said it might be worth checking it again to make sure everything’s up to date. Made me think maybe I do need to rethink what I’ve got, just in case things have changed since I first signed up. Definately something I hadn’t done in a while!

I received a phone call recently that claimed to be from Aviva, saying they wanted to review my life policy, which supposedly no longer holds any value. However, my policy is still valid and has worth. Suspicious of the caller's intentions, I asked further questions, only to have him abruptly state that he will call me back later. It was evident that this person did not possess any of the information that Aviva would typically have. Clearly, it was a scam. If by chance this call was made by a real broker seeking more business (and to be honest, he did have a well-spoken Welsh accent), then the call itself would still be considered illegal under the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) regulations. I plan on investigating this matter further and reporting him accordingly. It is rather peculiar that he left his contact details traceable.

I received a call from a gentleman enquiring about a life insurance policy which I do not possess. However, the conversation abruptly ended as soon as I began asking him some questions.

I received a phone call informing me that they wished to assess my payments. They seemed familiar with my name and requested my address. In response, I deliberately provided a misspelled version of my name and an incorrect address. To my surprise, they insisted that the information was correct, as they had it on file. They further explained that this was a review and upon hearing this, I expressed that I've only had this phone number for three months at my current address. Suspecting a scam, I warned them not to try anything fishy. Shortly after, they called back claiming to be a legitimate company, yet they couldn't tell me which insurance company I held a policy with. However, they assured me they could save me money. Given the discrepancies in my name and address, I realized their credibility was questionable and decided to hang up. Furthermore, I have reported the incident to BT for investigation.

I can't believe it, this phone number keeps calling my landline repeatedly. The person on the other end claims that I have life insurance, but that is simply not true. The caller was persistent in trying to extract more information from me, but I continuously emphasized that I don't have a bank account and questioned who could possibly be paying for this insurance. Finally, he responded with a casual "oh well" and abruptly ended the call. It's worth noting that the caller was English-speaking.

Earlier today, I received a call from an individual who claimed that I had life insurance. However, I have never taken out life insurance before. Strangely, he knew my name and was adamant that I was already paying £15.00 per month towards it. I informed him that this was not the case, but he insisted that they were indeed receiving a direct debit every month. When I asked him who was making these payments, he refused to provide me with any information. This situation is quite perplexing as I am certain that I haven't taken out any life insurance on myself. Now, I'm left wondering who might be responsible for these payments.
