this number rang but all I got was silence, no one said a word the whole time

I picked up the phone and for a bit there was just silence, then it suddenly cut off on the other side.

i wasnt sure who it was since the number was strange, but i picked up anyway. turns out it was a guy with an american accent claiming to be from microsoft. as soon as he said that, i hung up straight away.
