Got a call from a Swansea number saying because people are living longer now, I could get a discount on my life insurance. I asked who they were exactly, and they threw out a bunch of big insurance company names. When I tried to get them to tell me who they thought they had on the line to check if it was legit, the call just dropped. I’ve blocked the number since then.

someone rang up sayin they wanted to sort out my "non-existent life insurance" and slash my premiums. when they tried to check my personal info i told them they’d have that already. i gave them a bit of the info and asked them to prove they knew the rest - then right after that the call just dropped, guess they knew i wasn't buying it.

Absolute scammers these lot. Proper dim-wits too. Don’t hold back, be really rude when you talk to them.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from a ‘legal & general’ partner, saying they found a cheaper deal on my life insurance. When I asked them who held the policy, the line just went dead. Then the number was blocked - a proper dodgy move.
