I've received a number of calls from them lately, all asking me to verify whether I'd been involved in a car collision recently. It's clearly a scam. They were trying to get hold of my banking details and credit card info. Definitely a fraudulent insurance agency!

I’m getting really fed up with these calls. Today, a woman with a South African accent rang me up. I told her to get lost in quite a colourful way. She said I was being rude, but honestly, I was just fed up. The conversation ended with me calling her a bit of a nasty name. Sorry if that’s offensive, but these constant calls from First Solutions on my home phone are driving me mad.

For about a week, they kept ringing me multiple times each day, but whenever I answered, they just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from some lot pretending to be from my insurance, saying they were just following up on an accident claim I’d made last year. But it soon turned into a pushy attempt to get me to start a personal injury claim. When I asked who they really were and how they had my accident info, the caller went silent and then just hung up. Normally I wouldn’t waste time with these muppets and just tell them to jog on, so you can imagine how dodgy these were to get me chatting at all - watch out for them!
