These folks from Unite, the “trade union” everyone’s always moaning about on telly and radio, are well-known for betraying their own members by handing over their details to third parties. Isn't it amusing that you mention that? I had a remarkably similar experience with Unite Union. When I was laid off, they were utterly useless; not a shred of assistance in sight! They had the audacity to suggest that I was merely a singular individual while they were dealing with a whole organisation trying to axe 200 jobs. Rather brutal, wouldn’t you agree?
