What a bunch of fools calling me!

I tried ringing the number again and got this weird muffled lady saying I've reached the review centre, promised they'd phone me back, and told me to press 9 if I wanted out. When I did, she just said a really snobby "goodbye" and cut the line. Bit odd if you ask me.
