No idea who keeps ringing me, but I’d really recommend getting a BT phone with Call Guardian. The caller has to say who they are or they get disconnected. I’ve had mine for about 10 months now and haven’t had one annoying call at all, really works well. And just to be clear, I’m not paid by BT or anything.

On the 4th of February 2016 at precisely 10:32, I received a call from this number. I requested to have a chat with a manager and was eventually put through to one. I spoke to a woman who had a rather pronounced Valleys accent. I informed her that I was registered with the Telephone Preference Service and that such calls were not supposed to happen. I insisted that she remove my number from their database and warned her that I would lodge a complaint if things didn’t change. She seemed quite apologetic and assured me it would be taken care of. Time will tell, I suppose...

They called me then just cut off. I dialled 1471 to get their number and tried calling back. There was some music then I could hear noises like in an office before they hung up. I have one of those call anytime phone plans so I left the line open till it started doing that terrible crackling noise. Hoping they couldn't do anything with the line while I was still on it but no clue if that’s true or not.

My phone rings quite often from someone asking for Mr Llwydcoed, sometimes a couple of times a day. It was a call centre. I couldn’t make out what the person was saying cos they spoke way too fast and there was loads of background noise from other people talking. When I asked, they denied being a cold caller. We’re registered with TPS, so we shouldn’t be getting these calls at all.

I've received four calls from this number in the past three hours, and I've consistently ignored them, sending them straight to voicemail. It's utterly tiresome!
