Got a call like this a few times from different numbers - it’s definitely a scam. As soon as you pick up, there’s a recorded woman warning that your BT broadband will get cut off today unless you press 1 to speak to someone. I just hang up right away since my provider isn't even BT! Don’t fall for it.
