Got two calls from someone saying they were from BT about my broadband and phone service, but I’m nowhere near with BT... Felt dodgy, like a scam for sure. The person sounded a bit rough, not very clear on what they were saying, and hung up straight away when I asked questions. The line was all crackly too, sounded like it was coming from some call centre in India or something, really rubbish audio quality.
