I got a message on my answerphone this morning from a woman speaking with an American accent. She was saying that my internet was going to be cut off soon and told me to press 1 to sort it out or 2 to get in touch with BT for disconnection. It all sounded pretty pushy and totally fake, so I ignored it straight away.
