Got a call from some robotic voice claiming to be BT - total scam alert, dont fall for it!

This number kept popping up but this time the caller pretended to be from Amazon Prime, using the same old scam method. The voice was a robotic female one, warning me about an automatic renewal for my subscription. Honestly, steer clear of any calls from this number - it’s been used over and over in loads of different scams.

Since TalkTalk's customer info got leaked, I've been getting loads of dodgy calls from various scammers. Today, 26/09/19, I got a ring from 01789731717. They said they were from TalkTalk, telling me my broadband speed was slow and there was suspicious activity on my account. I asked them to prove who they were, and they actually gave me some of my personal info. Then I asked for a contact number, which they gave. But when I said I’d be checking that number, the person, who had an Asian accent, just cut me off. I'd steer clear of calls from that number.
