Seemed dodgy right away. When I pressed him for details, he vaguely said it was in the last three years and maybe someone else at our address was involved. He wanted all my info but I wasn’t having any of it. Said they found our address from some accident records or something - no idea how, as we haven’t had any crashes in years.
