Just like plenty of others, they cut the call right when I picked up. If these calls are really from Domestic and General, I’ll definitely avoid them from now on, no doubt about that. To whoever’s behind this at Domestic and General, seriously, this sort of behaviour is not only rude but also pretty annoying and unprofessional. It’s not a good look at all.

I’ve got insurance through Domestic & General for a couple of electrical items already. I made it clear ages ago that I wasn’t interested in insuring my new Indesit Washer Dryer until it’s at least a year old. Despite having just renewed my existing cover for the other two gadgets, they keep phoning constantly. They’ll ring, hang up, then call again, non-stop every single day. Today, a lady from Lancashire told me I’d pay more in a year if I don’t get insurance now. I lost it and told her to stop ringing me so much, then hung up. But they didn’t give up - they rang me back three more times, so I traced the number. Honestly, I’m going to put in a formal complaint and probably ditch all their insurance policies. Dealing with them is an absolute nightmare. I’m in Sutton In Ashfield.
