This number, 017823268200, keeps ringing me but always from new ones. I keep blocking them via BT call protect, but they just call again with a different number. This morning, about half six, a voice said “Kate, your internet service provider.” Getting fed up with these calls - feels like they should be taken to court or something. Proper annoying!

do these people seriously think no one can tell theyre trying to scam us? i asked this one asian guy for his phone number and he gave me some bt number, which was clearly dodgy. i told him i’d call bt to verify it and then he just hung up! i get calls like this all the time every week.

had a call from some woman with an asian accent saying she was from BT tech support again. honestly, they must have one of the largest technical teams ever, calling me multiple times every week. i usually just hang up straight away now.

I picked up the phone and at first, nothing was said. Then I could hear what sounded like a busy call centre in the background and a voice started talking. I decided to just hang up straight away.

didn't pick up coz i didn't know the number and just let it go to voicemail. nothing was left though. nowadays, if i don't know the number, i just ignore it, if it's important they'll drop a message.

I just got a call from a lady with a really strong Asian accent, and there was a ton of noise in the background. She claimed she was from the 'technical department'. I didn’t hang about and ended the call straight away!
