Got a call from someone saying they were with BT tech support, warning my internet was about to drop out. Didn’t hang around to hear anything else. The call came from a rugby code number, but BT tech calls usually come from an 0800 number, so that was a dead giveaway. These scammers are getting cleverer nowadays, using a bloke’s voice that sounds like proper English instead of the usual American lady. Quite sneaky if you ask me.
