Received a call from someone purporting to be from BT Openreach. When I inquired why they were calling me, the chap began to mention issues with my computer. I reminded him that BT Openreach and BT are distinct entities and questioned why he was reaching out to me, considering I’m not even a BT customer. He abruptly disconnected the call!
