I received a call, but as soon as I answered, there was silence on the other end. Definitely a call I didn’t ask for.

This number seems to call periodically, at random hours throughout the week! I tend to ignore calls from unfamiliar numbers, letting my answerphone take care of things. It’s strange how this caller allows the phone to ring just long enough for the machine to pick up, only to hang up immediately! They never bother to leave a message, which is quite frustrating. I'm starting to feel like this is a form of harassment; it’s definitely unwelcome and rather irritating!

I’ve made it a habit not to pick up for numbers I don't recognise, so I let the answering machine take care of it. This caller has a curious technique; they let it ring just long enough for the machine to kick in, then they hang up without leaving a message. It’s becoming quite bothersome, and I'm starting to feel like this constitutes harassment, as it’s entirely uninvited and quite frankly, unnecessary!
