Got a call from some bloke with a really deep voice, saying my BT broadband was about to be disconnected. He told me to press 1 to chat or 2 to begin the cancellation. Thing is, I don’t even have BT internet, so I knew straight away it was a scam. He sounded like he was at least in his 50s or 60s.
