Twice now, I’ve gotten calls from some fake bt tech support folks trying to scam me about my internet. Both times, the automated voice said my internet would be cut off soon and told me to press 1 to chat with bt or 2 to go ahead with cancelling. If you dumbly press any button, it switches straight to someone pretending to do a survey - but really it’s just a scammer in disguise!
