this number rang me up and the guy on the line, calling himself tony with a liverpool accent, said he was from some kids charity and wanted me by my name. i asked straight if he was trying to get me to promote something in a magazine, and he said “yeah.” as soon as i told him i knew it was a scam, he just said “have a nice day” and put the phone down. quite dodgy if you ask me.
