Disgusting bloke from Leicester, Kamran Qayyum, was making inappropriate comments over the phone to my young daughter who’s only 9. Heard he’s notorious around Leicester for grooming kids. Watch out for this coward, Kamran Qayyum, he’s said to lead a group involved in targeting children in areas like Spinneyhill, Highfields and Evington. Absolutely sickening behaviour.
