A guy rang me the other day, sounded like he had an Indian accent, claiming to be from BT Openreach. I just told him to jog on and said I don’t deal with dodgy scam calls from India. Guess I was right after seeing all the other warnings about that number. Blocked it straight away.

i got a call from a guy who said his name was steve, sounded asian, and claimed to be from b.t. he was really worried about my internet and kept asking if he could access my computer to sort it out. i usually get a bunch of these calls on my landline every week, but this was the first time they actually gave me a number to ring back. bit daft, steve.

Got a call from an asian bloke claiming to be from BT Openreach about an issue with my internet. I told him my internet wasn’t from them, and he replied that he already knew that. Then I told him I’d dealt with this sort of scam call previously and just ended the call.

I got a call from a guy who had an accent that sounded kind of like Indian. He said he was calling from BT Openreach about my internet. When I asked him “what’s the problem with it?” cause I’ve had loads of similar calls previously, he just ended the call. Pretty clear it was just another scam trying to trick me.

Just had these scammy types pretending to be from BT, trying to trick me into letting them take over my computer. They wanted me to visit some dodgy link like [#Jhubs215.webs[###]. Watch out, don’t fall for it!

I got a call from a lady with an asian accent saying she was from bt openreach. When I asked her for proof she just hung up on me. Definitely another one of those bt scam calls.

There was a guy with an asian accent who called me, but after a while the line got really bad. He asked me something about my internet, but I told him I couldn’t hear him well, then he just dropped the call.

The person on the line had a strong foreign accent, and it was really hard to catch what they were saying.

Got a call that was totally silent at first, then some guy with an Asian accent said he was from BT Openreach. Right after that, the line just dropped. I’ve got a pretty good guess it would’ve been one of those "your internet’s got issues" talks.
