It's absolutely scandalous how some individuals are masquerading as police officers just to get a response from you, only for you to discover it’s a complete con! Why on earth can’t we track these calls down and bring the perpetrators to justice? It’s high time something was done about it!

It's a total con! Don't pick up! The caller ID displays as the Scottish police, yet they're jabbering on about Amazon issues. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

I received a call displaying a Stirling number, and after doing a quick Google search, it mentioned something related to Police Scotland. The conversation revolved around a dubious Amazon order, which struck me as quite odd, so I decided to end the call.

Got a call showing ‘Police Scotland’ on my caller ID. When I hit 1, a recorded message said there had been a declined £1490 purchase on Amazon. Then it switched straight to someone claiming to be from Amazon who wanted my details. When I said she should already have them and asked for the last four digits of the card used, she just cut the call. They rang me twice in under 10 minutes.
