01785875363 Re: Timeshare stuff So, I've made it clear to them loads of times that I don't own any timeshare anymore and I want to find out if I've sold it or just dropped out. I usually just end the call. Once they asked about some compensation scheme, and I said I wasn't keen unless they said who they were working for - then they just put the phone down. Other times, the moment I say anything, they just cut off. I've blocked this number on my home phone but now it's my mobile that's buzzing with calls from them.

Watch out, this is a dodgy scam. They claim you can reclaim cash on wrongly sold timeshares thanks to new Spanish laws. They'll even arrange for you to stay in a hotel in Tenerife where supposedly a Spanish lawyer will help you get your money back. But once you land, they take you by taxi to some out-of-the-way place, ditch the cab, and push you to invest in a holiday scheme. The truth? That law they're talking about isn’t real at all. Loads of people online have shared their stories about being ripped off by them. Honestly, steer well clear of this lot.

Watch out, these scammers want your personal info and bank details. Don’t ever give out anything about yourself! They rang me first, asking for my full name, birthday, and who supplies my utilities. I stupidly told them everything. Then a few days later, I got another call, supposedly from my gas company, saying they’d found me a better deal. It sounded so real because they already had loads of info on me! I was nearly about to pay over the phone when I suddenly remembered the first call and stopped them. That’s when the guy, who sounded Indian, got really angry! Seriously, stay alert!

As soon as I answered, they hung up. I haven't dealt with timeshares in over two decades, but it seems our number is still circulating somewhere. I've decided to block it.

Every time I block one of their numbers, they just switch to another one and keep calling. I’ve told them to take me off their list, but they simply won’t do it.
