The previous message is entirely fabricated; there’s no trace of a customer called Jon Thompkins in my logs. I would never dream of swapping someone’s desire for an iPhone for a Doro Talk Easy! That’s just not on!

Greetings! I’m truly sorry to learn that you’re feeling a bit aggrieved following the renewal of your Orange contract. I’m the Managing Director of M-Viron, and I take it upon myself to monitor online feedback regarding our company. If you could give me a bell at 01785 825 825, I’ll do my utmost to address your concerns. Best wishes, Sarah White

I received another call from them earlier today; it seems to be linked to an Orange contract. They tend to ring shortly after you've upgraded your plan.

I recently had a rather frustrating conversation with a chap named Lane Goldstraw from Orange, who claimed he was helping us upgrade our phone contract a couple of weeks back. He assured us that we would be receiving an iPhone, but to our surprise, we ended up with a Doro phone instead. When we contacted Orange shortly after receiving the wrong device, they seemed completely uninterested in assisting us, telling us we would need to get in touch with Mviron. So, we did just that, only to have them refuse to accept the return of the phone. Now, here we are, trapped in a tedious twenty-four-month contract with a phone we didn’t even want. It’s been a right nightmare dealing with these people, so I strongly advise steering clear of them!

Absolutely livid right now! This company has completely swindled us. They called us up, convinced us to buy an iPhone 4, but then later claimed it was out of stock. Instead, they promised to send us the same phone, but with a twist - they'd knock ten quid off our monthly bill due to some issue. Instead of the iPhone, we ended up with a Samsung Tocco Lite, a pathetic little phone worth about £30 from Tesco! They’re adamant about not allowing us to cancel, and every time I reach out, they just keep giving me the runaround. It's been nearly seven weeks of this nonsense, and I'm utterly stuck. I tried contacting Orange, but they've been utterly useless. Has anyone got any solid advice for us? Thank you!

Received a call yesterday but didn’t get a text afterwards, so I ended up not answering.

We switched our service via m-viron, and I have to say, they were incredibly supportive! Their assistance far surpassed anything we experienced with Orange directly.

I received a missed call, so I called back using my landline and dialled 141. I was greeted by an automated voice providing various options to choose from - 1, 2, or 3. It turned out to be a company called Environ.

We decided to check out the M-viron and found it to be incredibly handy, far more effective than just reaching out to Orange directly, if you ask me!

We've had a couple of calls earlier today, yet no messages were left behind. Quite peculiar, isn't it?

Received a call the other day, but there was no message left. Quite odd, really!
