Got a call from 01785 580499 claiming to be Virgin Media tech support, but the guy was hard to follow. He said they’d got some reports about my internet turning in complaints about slow speed. Didn’t even know my name. I told them my connection’s fine and they just hung up on me. If it was legit Virgin Media, why didn't they ring me when my internet actually was rubbish a couple of months back? Bit fishy if you ask me.
