Got a really annoying call today. The number looked local because it used the local area code, but it was actually someone from overseas. The woman on the line barely spoke English and claimed she was calling from Italk. Proper nuisance.

They use a local number to make it seem like a call from nearby, so you think it’s local. Then they try to make you believe it’s actually your phone company ringing, offering to cut down your bills. But halfway through, they accidentally mention it’s “i talk calling”!
