That was the fourth time today I got a spam call from Voxbone SA using that 01253 number. Honestly, it's a pain. Just a heads up, it’s worth reporting these bits of nonsense to your mobile provider by texting 7726, and don’t forget to notify the ICO and Ofcom about those dead silent calls. We’ve got to shut these scammy people down somehow!

Got a call from Stafford, England at about 3:35pm on a Monday while I was working. They stayed silent for like 8 seconds before hanging up. Sounds like a spam call to me.

They keep calling me on loads of different numbers, even after I blocked them. It’s so annoying!

Some bloke rang claiming to be from EDF, saying I had to sort out my contract renewal before the end of the day since it’s ending in September. He said if I didn’t, they’d just stick me on some rolling contract without asking me first. I hung up on him, but he kept ringing back. Today there’s already been about 25 missed calls from this number and another one, 01785 508431. Honestly, couldn’t be more grateful for that block and do not disturb feature on my phone! :)

Had a call from some guy called Alex who said he was with EDF and wanted to talk to my manager about renewing our contract. When I told him to send an email instead, he got quite forceful and insisted that they don’t handle things by email.
