Received a call at 08:47 this morning from someone claiming to be Bradley Morgan, but before I could even respond, he suddenly disconnected the line! Quite peculiar, really.

Received a call from someone purporting to be from EE, insisting our account was coming up for renewal. What a load of nonsense! I decided to confront him and requested our account number. The response was hilarious-he claimed he couldn't provide it for "data protection" reasons. I couldn’t resist pressing further, questioning how he could spout such misinformation about a renewal if he had no access to our account details. I pointed out that he couldn’t possibly be from EE since we deal with a dedicated account manager and have unique circumstances. He quickly hung up on me!
