i got a phone call and an automated voice claiming to be from bt telling me my internet and phone lines would be cut off due to some suspicious stuff going on. they said to press 1 to talk to their "director" to fix it. i’m not even a bt customer so this feels like a dodgy scam that could catch out others. be careful!
