When I asked them to clarify what it was about, the person on the phone accused me of being uncooperative because I said I hadn’t had any accident. They even told me I was wasting their time by making the call take longer! I told them they must have the wrong info on me, and then the caller said they’d note down on my record that I’m not keen on these calls.
