A rather unpleasant woman rang my mother earlier today. She was adamant that it was their first attempt to reach out, despite the fact that my records indicate six calls from them just this week. The lady went so far as to claim my mother had shared some details online, which couldn’t be further from the truth-at 77, my mum doesn't even use the Internet!
